We’re looking for a driven and client-focused professional to join us as an Account Associate . Position Overview:
As an Account Associate , you will focus on nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met while identifying opportunities to enhance their coverage. You’ll also support the agency’s growth by pivoting current relationships into additional sales, making you a critical link between customer satisfaction and business success. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional products that align with client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-focused mindset with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus.
