Scheduler Pulmonary Sleep

The TMPN Scheduler is responsible for managing scheduling tasks specifically for the Pulmonary and Sleep outpatient departments. This role requires strong attention to detail and experience with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes. The scheduler will coordinate appointments efficiently to support clinical operations and ensure smooth patient flow. Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments for Pulmonary and Sleep outpatient services.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Maintain detailed and organized scheduling records.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize appointment availability.
• Ensure clear communication with patients regarding appointment details and changes.
• Support office operations as needed to facilitate efficient patient care delivery.

• Experience in scheduling within a hospital or outpatient clinical setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in Pulmonary or Sleep medicine scheduling preferred.
• Familiarity with patient registration and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to pulmonary and sleep disorders.

• Work is primarily office-based with a focus on outpatient scheduling.
• Attention to detail is critical to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure patient satisfaction.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Temporary assignment expected to last 2-3 months.
