Job Overview OUD SQUARE is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial health by tracking income, expenses, and supporting overall accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with accountants and management as needed.
