Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Effective in coaching, modeling, and consulting with teaching staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support across six buildings with a district-wide remit
• Work closely with specialized programs (life skills, autism, behavior support classrooms)
• Collaborate with IEP teams for FBAs/BIPs
• Offer hands-on modeling and coaching for staff
• Participate in ongoing consultation to support positive student outcomes
