Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Location: Edwardsville, KS (Near Bonner Springs)
Pay: $51.76–$60.44 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week; part-time considered
Setting: District-Wide Support Across 6 School Buildings
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Consult and collaborate with IEP teams.
- Provide staff modeling, coaching, and behavioral strategy training.
- Support life skills, autism, and behavioral intervention programs.
- Monitor behavioral progress and recommend evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral support.
- Strong collaboration and staff coaching skills.
