Interpret data trends, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing strategies. Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on improving ROI and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing of various campaign elements to identify and implement improvements. Segment and target specific customer groups based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for different audience segments. Generate regular reports on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Track and analyze e-commerce metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Provide actionable insights to enhance online shopping experience and increase sales. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies. Work closely with the marketing team, IT, and other relevant departments to align digital strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, display advertising, paid search). Identify potential risks or challenges in digital marketing efforts and propose proactive solutions.Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, or a related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: SQL, Python based data analysis & statistical modelling, Pyspark, Looker, Clickstream analytics, A/B Testing, Tableau and Power BI dashboard tools, Advanced Excel data analysis, customer segmentation (RFM Analysis, clustering algorithms, propensity modelling, Look-alike audience modelling), E-commerce analytics (CLV analysis, customer journey analysis, sales trend forecasting). Required experience and knowledge may be gained prior to or concurrently with Master’s degree. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required.
