In this role, you'll focus on one-on-one consultations, helping families navigate significant life changes with compassion and expertise. You'll answer legal questions and assist prospective clients in determining if our firm aligns with their needs, all while enjoying a stable, Monday through Friday schedule free from courtroom pressures. With up to seven consultations daily, you'll have the opportunity to build trust and support families through challenging times, without the stress of litigation.

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000, with performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid Texas law license fees, CLE expenses, group life insurance, and health insurance premium reimbursement. $85,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct up to seven one-on-one consultations daily, providing expert legal advice to families in need.
• Listen actively to prospective clients, understanding their unique situations and offering tailored guidance.
• Assist clients in evaluating whether our firm is the right fit for their legal needs, fostering trust and transparency.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless client experience, from initial consultation to potential engagement.
• Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate and current advice during consultations.
• Document consultation outcomes and client interactions meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to the firm's reputation by upholding our values of integrity, compassion, and dedication in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• MUST be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar.

• Experience in family law, with a deep understanding of Texas legal procedures.

• Ability to conduct up to seven consultations daily, providing expert legal advice.

• Proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients through one-on-one interactions.

• Confidence and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive family matters with care.

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and via digital platforms like Microsoft Teams.

• Dependability with a consistent attendance record, ensuring reliability for clients and the team.

• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in San Antonio, Texas.
