Key responsibilities Turn defined processes into working systems, including templates, checklists, and SOPs Run the weekly delivery rhythm, managing deadlines, ownership, and potential roadblocks Track team capacity to ensure proper workload management before committing to new projects Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or delivery at a marketing or digital agency Broad knowledge of marketing processes and workflows Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing tasks effectively Fluent in written and spoken English, available during US Mountain Time business hours
