A growing, mission-driven educational organization is seeking a Manager of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  
• Build and maintain financial models
  
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis
  
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
  
• Partner with department leaders on financial planning
  
• Present financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  
• Support process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  
• 3+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or consulting experience
  
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Advanced Excel proficiency
  

Preferred Experience

• Nonprofit, education, charter school, private school, or higher education environments
  
• Endowment or donation-funded organizations
  
• Growth-stage or mission-driven organizations
