Financial Director

I’m working on a Director of Finance opportunity with a growing healthcare-focused, multi-entity organization. This role will serve as a key financial partner to leadership, supporting both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple entities Analyze financial and operational performance, including variance analysis and trend identification Partner with operational leadership to evaluate profitability, productivity, and key performance drivers Oversee month‑end close related to revenue recognition, accruals, and reporting accuracy Prepare and present financial reporting packages to executive leadership Support business development efforts through pricing analysis, financial modeling, and RFP support Maintain and enhance internal controls, reporting processes, and overall financial infrastructure Qualifications 7–10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience within healthcare, hospital systems, or healthcare services organizations strongly preferred Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders Advanced Excel skills and strong overall systems proficiency This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact.
