Office/Administrative Assistant
A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly motivated Office/Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team in their San Francisco office. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-level administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to San Francisco-based team members
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel
- Prepare and submit expense reports; provide platform support
- Coordinate catering for onsite client meetings
- Manage visitor requests and provide reception coverage as needed
- Support general administrative needs of the San Francisco office
- Coordinate off-site team events and social gatherings
- Provide backup support to other administrative team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Flexible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
