The Role Keep our social media engine running at full speed—owning the content calendar, driving production workflows, and making sure every piece of content that goes out is on-brand, compliant, and built to perform. What You Will Do Own and manage content calendars across all social media platforms, keeping everything organised, on time, and aligned to key campaigns Brief weekly content tasks every Monday — clear priorities, sharp briefs, smooth workflows Write detailed design and copy briefs that give creative teams exactly what they need to deliver Partner with CRM to align social content with promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and on-site updates Review and approve designs and copy against brand, compliance, and platform best-practice standards Manage external agencies, deliver constructive feedback, and continuously sharpen production and approval processes What We Are Looking For Background in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a closely related industry Proven experience managing social media content calendars at pace Strong written communication skills — especially when it comes to clear, detailed creative briefs Hands-on experience with task management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp A solid eye for design, copy, and what makes content work across different platforms Experience running QA and approving creative work against compliance requirements, with a track record of managing agency relationships effectively Why You Will Love It At B2Spin, you won't be maintaining the status quo—you'll be helping shape it.
