The Sales Representative will be a key member of the field sales team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role focuses on both new lead generation and managing existing customer accounts, requiring strong communication and customer service skills. There is no travel required, allowing the representative to concentrate on local outreach and order processing to drive sales effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation to identify new sales opportunities
• Customer outreach to build and maintain relationships
• Order processing and accurate sales reporting
• Providing customer support to ensure satisfaction
• Managing accounts to retain and grow existing business

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong communication and prospecting skills
• Effective time management and problem solving abilities
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of signage and graphics industry a plus
