Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and enhancement crews on assigned properties to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times and enforce company safety policies.
• Represent Alpine Gardens professionally in all interactions with clients, team members, and the public.
• Train, organize, and support field employees to achieve project goals and foster a positive team environment.
• Oversee landscape maintenance and irrigation operations, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Utilize company CRM software to manage projects and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in snow removal operations as needed.
• Promote and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform field tasks as necessary to meet division objectives and ensure project success.
• Contribute to a positive company culture through leadership, consistent rule enforcement, and open communication with upper management.
• Support the profitable completion of projects and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Take on additional tasks as required to support the successful operation of Alpine Gardens.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation practices.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage field employees effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency or willingness to become proficient in company CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
• Positive attitude and commitment to creating a desirable workplace.
• Willingness to participate in snow removal operations.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company courteously.
