A luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas, while building and leading a high-performing, engaged team. A luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas, while building and leading a high-performing, engaged team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members to uphold Isla Bella's luxury standards
- Foster a positive, engaged, and motivated team culture aligned with our service values
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and departmental workflow
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met
- Create and manage team schedules based on occupancy and business needs
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; order and track as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support departmental projects
- Step in to support operations during peak periods as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3-5+ years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards under high-volume occupancy.
- Experience with housekeeping software/systems and inventory management.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a tropical resort setting.
- Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.

- Onsite housing: $2,600 per month (all utilities included), 2-bedroom unit with 1 bathroom and balcony
