• Strong hands-on experience with ETL testing and data validation
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and verification
• Experience working with dimensional data models and data warehouses
• Ability to execute data migration and data integrity testing initiatives
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Amazon Redshift or other cloud-based data warehouses
• Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) platforms
• Experience validating BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Hex, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or similar scripting languages
• Experience with SSIS packages or related ETL technologies
• Background in data quality frameworks and automation initiatives

What You Will Be Doing

• Validate data movement between source and target systems
• Execute ETL, regression, migration, and performance testing activities
• Perform data reconciliation and integrity checks across enterprise platforms
• Develop and maintain testing documentation and test strategies
• Partner with engineering teams to identify and resolve data issues
• Support analytics teams through report and dashboard validation
• Help establish best practices for data quality and testing governance
