Project ManagerAn award-winning U.S. design firm that provides architecture, planning, and interior design services focused on complex, community-oriented projects and mass-timber innovation across diverse building types is seeking a Project Manager to help deliver exceptional multi-family residential projects from concept through construction. In this role, you will work closely with their Studio Director to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure high-quality project delivery at their downtown Oakland office.Your Day IncludesLeading project teams through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administrationManaging project schedules, budgets, billings, and additional service requestsReviewing and redlining drawings and specifications for quality and accuracyCoordinating consultants, internal design teams, and Quality Control staffMentoring and supporting documentation team members throughout project deliveryMust HavesBachelor's degree in Architecture required; California Architect license preferredMinimum 5 years of Project Management experience on multi-family projects with Type I and Type V construction knowledgeProficiency in RevitIn addition to comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, we offer a flexible hybrid schedule (Mon–Wed in office, Thu–Fri remote) and professional growth and licensure support.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
