The Performance Group is partnering with a client in the Gettysburg Pa. area, to help fulfill their hiring needs. Accounts Payable Position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $21.00 per hr. Essential Functions 1. Process accounts payable; coding invoices, invoice entry and processing of payments. 2. Track employee uniform accounts and other encumbered accounts. 3. Complete special projects as assigned. Competencies 1. Ethical Conduct 2. Time Management 3. Organization Skills 4. Financial Management 5. Project Management Requirements 1. Two or more years of accounting experience 2. Associates degree in accounting helpful 3. Training or experience in computer applications. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanner, filling cabinets and fax machine.
