Position: EMT – Home-Based, Non-Emergency Role
We’re hiring experienced EMTs for home visits focused on health assessments and quality screenings for geriatric patients. You’ll work independently after training and meet with geriatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and quality measures for geriatric patients
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners as needed
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in home settings
• No prior screening experience required – we provide training

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EMT experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, sensitive approach to patient care
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $25+/hour, based on experience
• Bonuses
• Part-time with potential for full-time

• Transportation Requirements:

This position requires travel to patient's homes. Candidates must possess:

• A valid driver's license.
• A current vehicle registration.
• A personally owned, reliable vehicle available for business use.
• Proof of automobile insurance/license meeting Ohio minimum requirements.

The ability to travel independently to assigned work locations is an essential function of this position.
