Security Analyst

Client Name: Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) Requisition: 160610 Location: Madison, WI (Remote in Wisconsin) Duration: 1 year Candidate must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin prior to starting the role at their own expense. The first day will be in the office for equipment pickup and training. From that point onward the position will be remote, with occasional office visits for special needs. Description: Provisioning and de‑provisioning access to DOC networks, resources, and applications. Coordinating account provisioning, de‑provisioning, projects and maintenance for DOC platforms and applications. Utilizing security rules to grant/revoke access to applications, servers, group folders, and other resources. Assisting in adherence to and implementation of IT Security policies, standards and procedures. Implementing standards and training requirements for IT Security administration. Monitoring, auditing, and analyzing security systems. Identifying threats or serious user‑access issues caused by new software and systems. Performing other job‑related activities and special assignments as required. Identifying improvement areas and collaborating with the section supervisor to establish groundwork for enhancements. Assisting IS Technical Services consultants, administrators, or specialists with their responsibilities. Creating email accounts, distribution lists, and group mailboxes. Skills Required: 4–7 years of experience as an email administrator. 4–7 years of experience provisioning and de‑provisioning accounts/access for platforms and applications. 2+ years of experience with PowerShell. Experience coordinating and handling projects involving account management functions and IAM. 3+ years of experience supporting large enterprise environments with thousands of users. 3+ years of experience supporting identity governance, user lifecycle management, and access reviews. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and IAM administration. 4–7 years of utilizing security rules to grant/revoke access to applications, servers, group folders, etc. 4–7 years of coordinating activities within account management staff to provide timely response to customer requests. 4–7 years of creating and maintaining security rules that enforce security standards and policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
