Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg / Ortho | Bradenton, FL Full-Time | Days or Nights | 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends Pay Range: $30.76 to$41.50/hour (based on experience) Differentials: Nights +$4.75/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr | National Certification +$2.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in installments) Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (with approval) Overview Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical-Surgical Orthopedic unit in Bradenton, Florida. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional bedside care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients. Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs. Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative treatments. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans. Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards. Support hospital initiatives focused on continuous improvement and outcomes.
