Teaching and academic appointments allowing 1:1 teaching and supervision of Psychiatry Residents from New York Medical College. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Active New York State Medical License. Compensation and Benefits Annual Base Salary: $267,900* (board eligible); $278,200* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation is available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $438,690** (board eligible) and $450,020** (board certified). Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
