Program Associate

Program Associate – San Diego, CA Salary: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour. 24 pay periods per year. Full Time, Non‑Exempt. Driving required. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to management and direct line staff Coordinate purchases and procurement of approved requests for supplies, equipment, and client assistance items Assist with research, preparation, and written documentation for special projects, presentations, and meetings Plan and coordinate department meetings Assist with completing reports as necessary Qualities and Skills Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Gather and interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision‑making. Consistently produce high‑quality work with accuracy and precision. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues, participants, and stakeholders, building positive relationships and contributing to team goals. Communication: Convey information clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) to individuals and groups, engaging and maintaining attention. Creativity and Initiative: Take initiative, make decisions without prompting, and bring innovative solutions to problems. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Analyze and evaluate information, identify key issues, consider alternatives, and make logical decisions. Ethics and Boundaries: Maintain ethical and professional standards, honesty, integrity, and professional boundaries. Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years of experience working in a relevant field. Minimum Qualifications All levels of education and experience are welcome. Mandatory Requirements Employment eligibility verification. CPR or First Aid training. Successful completion of Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, and Drug Test. Driving Requirements Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license. Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicle used for work. Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage.
