Position Health Program Specialist I (HSPI) – Sierra Conservation Center (SCC), Jamestown, CA. Position Number: 099‑214‑8338‑001. Job Overview Limited‑term position under the direction of the Health Program Manager III or designee in licensed facilities. Acts as a technical and subject‑matter expert in discrete areas of the Dental Program and Adult Correctional Dental Care (ACDC). Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Health Care Development Operations Manual (HCDOM) and related documentation. Analyze data applications and performance trends to ensure departmental compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies governing the Dental Program ACDC. Lead a unit in establishing a well‑functioning health‑care performance management system at an institution. Coordinate a network of quality‑improvement committees that oversee improvement activities. Design and implement performance measurement and evaluation systems, including annual improvement plans that prioritize key initiatives. Apply quality‑improvement tools and techniques to achieve performance objectives.
