Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce and uphold company policies related to safety, security, and accident prevention to foster a secure retail environment

• Conduct regular safety audits, monitor for fire hazards, and ensure adherence to safety standards

• Proactively identify safety concerns and respond swiftly to mitigate risks, protecting staff and customers

• Maintain vigilant patrols of assigned areas using security tools and technology to prevent theft and reduce shrinkage

• Promote theft prevention awareness among staff and customers

• Investigate and resolve suspicious activities or incidents related to theft, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism throughout

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and react quickly to safety and security concerns

• Excellent communication skills to raise safety awareness and handle sensitive situations effectively

• Previous security or loss prevention experience is advantageous but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay Details: $16.75 per hour
