Senior Director, Client Services – Pet/Paper/Non-Foods Job Summary: At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a highly dynamic Senior Director of Client Services to develop and execute our overall strategy across the pet, paper, and non-foods category. The Senior Director is responsible for leading relationships with strategic clients, developing joint business plans, partnering with retail teams to identify white‑space opportunities, and driving new sales opportunities, especially in the Private Brand space. Responsibilities Create and define the long‑term strategy for the Pet, Paper, and Grocery Non‑Foods desk across Daymon. Develop, maintain, and grow clients’ business through collaborative business plans, partnering with account teams, and selling new opportunities and services. Understand the industry and competitive landscape to determine focus areas and review industry and category trends to make sound recommendations to customers and clients. Expand Daymon Private Brands business by selling new services and gaining new clients within the respective categories across retail. Showcase Daymon’s Private Brand expertise in the Pet, Paper, and Grocery Non‑Foods categories through presentations, category reviews, and overall industry/category recommendations. Manage day‑to‑day business and relationships, including analyzing sales reports, submitting and negotiating contracts, sales tracking, and other related tasks. Make adjustments and optimize service quality to maximize one‑to‑one consumer interactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 10+ years of leadership experience in sales within the pet, paper, or grocery non‑foods categories or channels of trade, including P&L responsibility. Previous experience managing direct reports. Experience working with and selling to major retail chains such as Costco, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Petco, or experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. Excellent strategic thinking and process development skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to influence without authority.
