Qualifications:
- Valid licensure and credentials as a School Psychologist
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective individualized plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and interpret results for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive interventions
- Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in group settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, monitor, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
- Assist with culturally relevant resources and communication for Spanish-speaking students and families
