Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/concierge to join our team!
As the receptionist/concierge for our growing manufacturing business of health and wellness, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet visitors as they arrive, have touring guests sign in, log orders picked up. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at our location
- Answer door and screen guests as to let them enter
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service
- track stock levels of office supplies and other items
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
