$80,000 to $88,000

This role focuses on managing and improving the Flex ERP system, coordinating with operations, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the  Plex ERP system  for manufacturing activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business analytics
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, materials, or production setups.
• Prepare and present daily and periodic reports on efficiency and performance.
• Work with inventory, procurement, and production teams to align materials and resources.

Qualifications include:

• Proficient with  Plex ERP system within a manufacturing company
• Experience with  BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
