Apply now for an immediate review by our recruiting team.Job Overview & OperationsOperational Radius: Regional freight runs stay within 400 miles of your home, crossing OH, IN, MI, KY, and ILWeekend Reset: Guaranteed home time every weekend for a full 34-hour rest periodWeekly Production: Steady and predictable 1,700 to 2,300 road miles each weekZero Driver Handling: 100% no-touch dry van loads (70% drop-and-hook, 30% live)Pay & CompensationWeekly Direct Deposit: $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross (Top 30% of our fleet hits $1,700/wk)Base Pay Scale: Generous $0.56 to $0.64 CPM based on your driving historyApprenticeship Pay: Trainees receive a guaranteed $900 every Friday during our 4-6 week program, moving to $0.56 CPM immediately upon completionOnboarding Bonus: $300 orientation pay with all travel, meals, and hotel accommodations fully coveredFreight & EquipmentPremium Fleet: Take the wheel of an assigned 2022 or newer automatic Freightliner or KenworthComfort Features: Equipped with APUs; no slip-seating, plus an approved take-home truck policyThe Perks (W2 Package Starts at 30 Days)Medical Care: Choice of major medical, dental, vision, and prescription plansLong-Term Growth: 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plans, and accrued paid vacationComprehensive Protection: Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and accident policiesTake Your Loved Ones: Both pet and passenger rider programs are active from your very first dispatchJob Requirements & QualificationsDriver Background: Class A CDL holder, minimum age of 21, with a clean MVR and DOT complianceExperience Levels: At least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR a recent accredited CDL school graduateStudent Criteria: Recent graduates must provide a 120-hour minimum certificate from an approved driving schoolPre-Employment Screening: Must be able to pass a standard DOT drug testDon't wait for the right lane to find you.
