• Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting with physician referrals to ensure patients get the care they need
• Collecting and updating important patient information (demographics, insurance, and more)
• Delivering exceptional, patient-centered service that leaves a lasting positive impression

You'll be the connection point between patients and care—making every interaction count!

We're looking for someone who brings both experience and a great attitude to the table:

• 3+ years of clerical or administrative experience in healthcare
• Strong background in customer service and patient interaction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive, empathetic approach to helping others
