What You'll Do Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries. Convert leads into showroom appointments. Follow up consistently and build strong customer relationships. Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities. Manage customer communications through our CRM system. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery. What You'll Bring Proven track record of appointment setting and sales performance. Previous customer service experience. Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven. CRM experience preferred. Valid driver's license.
