This role is predominantly remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your chosen environment while also providing flexibility to meet the needs of our community clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings for clients seeking mental health support, identifying their unique needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual counseling sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to stress management and personal development.

• Facilitate therapeutic workshops and group sessions focused on relevant topics such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and emotional regulation, which are crucial to community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid license in Tennessee as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

The compensation for this position is competitive, offering a salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually based on your level of experience and qualifications.
