Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience with modern observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
• Strong grasp of reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, along with dashboarding and reporting practices
• Hands-on experience with alert design, anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and synthetic monitoring using structured methods
• Background in automation and resilience engineering, including Python-based automation, RPA tools such as Blue Prism or UiPath, chaos engineering, and failure analysis techniques like FMEA

• Assess applications, platforms, and vendors to evaluate resiliency, reliability, and operational risk
• Create and put in place processes that uphold enterprise resiliency and reliability standards
• Lead blameless post-incident reviews for severe incidents or incidents affecting multiple complex product families
• Work with product and platform teams to identify and resolve reliability risks before they affect clients
• Build, share, and promote new standards, tools, and frameworks across subdivisions to drive consistent adoption
• Investigate complex production issues and deliver lasting fixes that reduce the chance of repeat incidents
• Take part in a recurring on-call rotation to support production stability
• Review and onboard resiliency and reliability tools
• Contribute actively to reliability engineering and resilience communities of practice
• Support strategic initiatives that improve our operational maturity and resiliency posture
