Job Description Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our team in Boston, MA. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to develop their leadership, communication, organization, and team-management abilities while gaining practical experience in a professional environment. As a Trainee Leader, you will work alongside experienced team members and management, learning how to coordinate daily activities, support team performance, communicate effectively with customers, and contribute to successful marketing and brand initiatives. Responsibilities Support the coordination of daily team activities and objectives. Assist team members in maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism. Develop leadership and team-management skills through hands-on training. Participate in in-person marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives. Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and management. Help organize assignments, priorities, and daily operations. Learn how to motivate, guide, and support team members. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as responsibilities increase. Monitor progress toward team goals and help identify opportunities for improvement. Represent Elevare Branding with professionalism and a positive attitude. Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training.
