Office Manager

Arrow Glass Industries in Temple, TX, a division of Arrow Mirror and Glass Inc, a residential, multi-family and commercial glass company, is in search of an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in office management.Duties Included but not limited to:Manage and supervise all operational processes including training, operational, and CSR staff.Maintain business confidentiality relative to personnel, pricing, promotion, customer lists, and methods of distribution.Perform other duties as assigned.Scheduling and management of glaziers is essential.Knowledge of inventory management, developing marketing plans, selling, and an understanding of financial requirements for operating a small business.RequirementsProven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Must pass a background check and drug test.
