PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented FAA Material Handler – Data Entry Specialist to support inventory management activities within a leading aerospace Repair & Overhaul Center.

This position combines inventory control, material handling, and high-volume data entry responsibilities, with a primary focus on maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of material transactions. What You'll Do Inventory Data Management

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain inventory transactions in company systems
• Track inventory activity and material movements using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation
• Ensure data integrity across inventory databases and reporting systems

Inventory Control & Auditing

• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits
• Verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Support inventory reconciliation activities
• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues promptly

Material Tracking & Coordination

• Document material receipts, transfers, and inventory movements
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to prioritize work
• Support inventory availability and efficient material flow
• Assist with inventory organization and storage activities

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking and reporting processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work onsite full-time (40 hours per week)
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Background in:
  • Inventory Control
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Materials Management
• Experience supporting physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and database management

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
