This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Positive Pathways Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and establish treatment goals.
• Providing tailored, prevention-oriented therapeutic interventions to clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Collaboratively developing and regularly reviewing individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with client progress and needs.
• Working closely with other professionals and agencies, such as primary care providers and social support services, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
• Attending regular staff meetings to engage in collaborative case discussions, share insights, and enhance team dynamics.
• Contributing actively to the positive culture of the organization, enriching our environment with innovative ideas and supportive interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a diverse population in the Springdale area, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• At least one year of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of community mental health resources and support services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to professional development.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a community health setting, proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.
