Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work flexibility while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. Our structured work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues while fostering community and peer support.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency mental health support as necessary, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to client needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and professional regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 52,000 for part-time to USD 90,000 to 100,000 for full-time positions.
