Job Details Level: Management Location: Front Royal, VA 22630 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School / GED Salary Range: $54,080.00 - $100,000.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Management Reports To: Director of Operations / Branch Development Manager Branch Manager Department Branch Operations Experience 1–3+ Years Benefits Eligible After 45 Days of Employment Role Overview The Branch Manager holds full responsibility for growing and running the branch — driving sales, profitability, and market share while keeping operations, people, and customers thriving. You'll oversee everything from sales and warehouse logistics to inventory, finance, facilities, and team development.
