Position Overview

The Financial Analyst supports business performance by providing financial insights, planning, and analysis across programs and operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with financial goals. The position plays a key role in improving visibility into costs, profitability, and operational efficiency while supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience with variance analysis, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• CPA, CFA, or MBA (preferred, not required)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins
• Prepare variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with program and operations teams to track financial performance and cost drivers
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial reporting
• Support cost control initiatives, including labor, materials, and overhead analysis
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools
