Contract Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Contracts & Project Coordinator to support a growing team in managing project documentation, vendor onboarding, and contract workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a document-heavy environment and is comfortable working closely with both field teams and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a centralized repository for all contracts, work orders, and supporting documentation Track the lifecycle of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), including creation, updates, and associated work orders Review vendor proposals and ensure alignment with MSA terms Follow up on pending signatures or incomplete documents to ensure timely execution Support field staff with administrative needs related to documentation, vendor communication, and project tracking Assist with vendor onboarding and KYC documentation processes Prepare and submit vendor credit applications as needed Monitor and update project records using basic Excel tracking tools Communicate regularly with vendors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or document management Strong proficiency with MSAs, work orders, and vendor setup processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable reviewing legal/contractual language and working with legal departments Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and document filing systems Experience supporting field teams or technical staff is highly preferred Background in renewable energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors is a plus Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Administrative Industries Oil and Gas Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MK Search by 2x Get notified about new Contract Specialist jobs in Houston, TX .
