You'll be the backbone of several litigation attorneys, ensuring their cases run smoothly and deadlines are never missed.Responsibilities Include:Managing litigation calendars, tracking court dates, filing deadlines, and appointments.Drafting correspondence, assembling documents, and organizing case files.Preparing materials for trials, hearings, and depositions — from exhibits to trial binders.Handling court filings (electronic and hard copy) and coordinating service of legal documents.Fielding internal inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate team members.Supporting billing processes and maintaining organized records for timekeeping and expenses.Scheduling meetings, managing attorney calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.Keeping digital and physical files meticulously organized for quick access.Taking on special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.Desired Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree is preferred.2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a legal or litigation environment.Confidence working with attorneys and administrative staff across all levels.Outstanding organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to juggle tasks, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
