Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,078 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Lake Worth Beach, FL. Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Assess and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based practice. Document patient progress and update electronic medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida state license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with orthopedic diagnoses and post‑operative rehabilitation. Proficiency with electronic medical records systems used in outpatient clinics. Previous travel therapy experience.
