• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• On-call: As needed, no more than 1 shift per week
• Holiday Schedule: Rotating

• Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN license required; ACLS, NRP (within 6 months), Fetal Heart Monitoring (within 1 year), PALS (within 6 months), BLS (within 2 weeks)
• Experience: New grads welcome; prior labor/delivery experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30 $36.50 based on experience and qualifications
• Shift/Weekend/On-Call Differentials:
• Evening (1500-2300): $2.30/hr
• Night (2300-0700): $3.75/hr
• Weekend (Friday 1900 Monday 0700): $3.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care to mothers and newborns
• Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum processes
• Respond swiftly to obstetric emergencies
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

What You Need

• Kansas RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP (within 6 months), Fetal Heart Monitoring (within 1 year), PALS (within 6 months)
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Previous labor and delivery experience
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
