• Start Date: 07/21/2024 (or upon mutual agreement)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent / Direct Hire
• Schedule: 7 am 7 pm, 12-hour shifts, working 3 weekdays, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday per month
• Hours/week: 36-40 hours
• Certifications & Licenses: Current Kansas RN or LPN license; ACLS, BLS, PALS required upon hire
• Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience, outpatient or urgent care preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $25 - $35/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy urgent care clinic
• Perform clinical assessments and triage patients effectively
• Administer medications and manage minor procedures (if licensed)
• Support providers with wound care, IV starts, and point-of-care testing
• Assist with patient education and documentation accuracy
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patients
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely, efficient care

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RN or LPN license; current or compact license accepted
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; urgent care, outpatient, ambulatory, or med/surg experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
