Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts | 36 Hours/Week

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical/Surgical team. The RN will provide safe, evidence-based patient care by utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients across a variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care within the RN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Kansas or Compact License).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Full-time (36 hours per week).
• 12-hour Day or Night shifts.
• Self-scheduling with flexibility based on staffing needs.
