ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and currently has a growing team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously owned a construction company, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer relationships, and running a business.

I’m a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College and a proud husband and father of twelve. Our family loves spending time outdoors - hiking, enjoying the local lake, and hosting friends and gatherings whenever we can. We’re also proud to support our local community and sponsor several charitable organizations throughout town.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
