POLICE RECORDS SUPERVISOR

City of New Smyrna Beach Police Department - Records Supervisor Location: 246 Industrial Park Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. Hourly Rate: $27.28 per hour. Job Summary Carries out supervisory responsibility in accordance with City policies, procedures and applicable laws including: training in job skills; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; monitoring time and attendance; addressing complaints; resolving conflicts; and initiating or participating in counseling or disciplinary actions as appropriate. What We're Looking For: Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of progressively responsible clerical experience that involved records management; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
