We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join a dynamic financial services team supporting Investment Management and Banking operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple operations teams throughout the lifecycle of client accounts.
\n
• Process and review sensitive client information across multiple systems with a high degree of accuracy.
\n
• Perform data entry and validate critical financial information.
\n
• Assist with cash activity processing, investment management statement support, and remote check deposit operations.
\n
• Provide operational and project support for wealth management clients.
\n
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
\n

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
